What GTA do you think is the best?

In order of greatness:

1. GTA IV. This will be the best one yet. Mark my words. It has a serious plot, but from the trailers you can see parody, something that GTA does extremely well. The improved wanted system will make it even better.
2. Vice City. Nostalgia is bliss. The first time I ever heard Megadeth, Slayer, and Iron Maiden was when I turned on V-Rock.
3. San Andreas. Best story out of them all, huge place to roam in, lots of easter eggs and cheats.
4. GTA 3. It revolutionized gaming as we know it, and introduced us to the character we know and love from the series.
5. Vice City Stories. Best handheld graphics ever. Unfortunately, the serious story of wife beating and drug addiction doesn't go well with all the parody commercials on the radio. Also, best soundtrack next to its big cousin Vice City.
6. Liberty City Stories. The storytelling seemed kind of bland, and none of the songs on the soundtrack were enjoyable to listen to.
7. GTA 2. The future setting was horrrible.
8. GTA 1. Hated the telephone style of missions.
9. GTA Advanced. The storyline was horrible.
10. GTA: London 1969. Worst GTA ever.

San Andreas rocked my face off, but GTA4 is going to be a surreal, mind-blowing experience. Just like SA was, just like Vice City was, just like GTA3 was. GTA on Next-Gen. It's gonna be a total Mindfudge(tm).

Frankly, I'm grateful it got delayed. Gave me the time to play other amazing, time-consuming games like BioShock, the Orange Box, and of course, Rock Band. Once it finally comes out, I have a feeling I'm not gonna see any friends or loved ones for a looooooong time.

I like San Andres because I haven't really played that much of the others. I had Vice City, Liberty City Stories, and GTA III but I let my nephew borrow them. He messed them up so I have to get new ones.
