Delay/lag problems with guitar and drums

I have a problem with my instruments. I use the Guitar Hero: World Tour drums and guitar with Rock Band 2. The problem is that they both have different amount on delay. Drums are 22ms and guitar -77ms (not 100% about the numbers, i will check them out tomorrow). It's IMPOSSIBLE to play as a band, well atleast it's really hard to make it fun! In GH:WT there is no delay between the instruments. I've tested them with new batteries and it's the same result. Does anyone have any ideas/solutions or even similar problems? :mad:

I'm using Playstation 3 with Sony 40W4000 television. No external audio systems.
