That was a very early build, it was never a definite that they would be in the game. This has actually been discussed a lot. I would not be surprised to see G N R as DLC at some point, including Welcome to the Jungle.

This is obviously a very old version of the HUD (Heads-Up Display). Notice that the notes are still 'gems' like in GH, not bars like in the current (and final) RB?

And the Rock/score meters and such are totally different.

My guess, this was just a demo/test of the peripherals, so they just picked a song and wrote up the note charts for that one song just for this demo. It's obviously not in the final release of the game, and nobody knows if it ever will be.

That version of the game was much too hardcore. It changes your real clothes depending on how hard you rock. Did you not notice the guitarists shirt changing during the song? The CIA wasn't having any of this so they made them take it out of the game. Sorry.

honestly that's what i was thinking as well

not to mention, i've seen this question asked a million times and nobody has yet to answer it except for DesiredFX haha.. everybodys answer is either "this has been asked a million times" or "it was an early build" - granted it was an early build, WHY would they make a note chart for a song then not put the song in the game?

EDIT: i just read in another thread that axl owns the rights to Guns N Roses though.. so maybe it has something to do with him instead of slash? im still thinking its some clearance issues or something
