PAYING for tourney band members in Vegas

Vegas people are notoriously flaky and recruiting has become an annoyance. So instead of hoping for reliable people to join me for the Harrah's tournament, I will pay each band member $100.

Requirements: Must be over 21, must have the Harrah's rewards card (it's free to get) and must be a great expert player.

I'm a vocalist/guitarist, so ideally I'd need two guitarists (if you can also sing, it's a big plus) and an expert drummer.

man I feel your pain...since they announced the tourney I have been trying to find a guitarist/bassist and a drummer for the council bluffs harrah's tourney and I haven't heard from anyone.

I hate to admit it, but the 21 year old thing is just killing us people with only a partial band

Yeah, if the requirement wasn't 21+ I'd have several lined up already. Everyone else over 21 has various responsibilities that prevent them from practicing or committing.

Added to that is the fact that Las Vegas residents are indeed flaky and I'm hesitant to depend on *anyone*.

Best way that I can describe a Las Vegas person is in the following scenario:

"Yeah sure man, I'm definitely onboard to----oooh pretty colors in the sky!" *walks off staring stupidly into the distance and runs into a parked car*
