so to those who have gotten the replacement guitar, do they put a receipt or anything in the box? I ask because Im going to put mine on Ebay and it would just be easy to just slap the buyers address on there rather than have something with my own address in the box.

I'll humor you. How are you going to turn a profit for one guitar on ebay? You're paying $120 for the guitar. Who is going to pay much more for that when they can just buy the bundle in a store for $160 and ebay the rest?

I didnt pay 120 for the guitar, I bought the bundle and want to sell the replacement guitar im getting (mine had the strum bar issue) so I can buy the wireless one in February.

Umm... that replacement guitar will cost you $120 (on top of what you paid for the bundle) unless you return your original (w/defective strum) to EA/Harmonix. I'm not seeing a loop-hole here that would allow you to profit from this - and fund your future wireless Strat desire. Maybe I'm missing something here (it's been known to happen)... but I think this ebay auction would cost you money. :(

Im using the regular replacment system once I recieve my replaced guitar after Ive sent in my old one I plan on selling the guitar I recieved.
Did anyone notice there were two shipping options?

Oh, I see... so you plan to sell the replacement guitar (which presumably should work) in order to fund the wireless one. So either you will just not play the guitar portion of the game until wireless one is availabe -or- you will use replacement one through the holidays, and then sell it.
Got it, sorry to assume you were looking for loop-hole. Must be the 'net cynic in me ;)
