Problem with RockBand 2 free DLC on Wii

Hello there! ,
I've purchased Rock Band 2 NTSC on ebay because of later release in Europe.
I've got a PAL Wii on Firmware 3.4E and i can't download the 20 Free songs on game.
I receive the message "insufficient Wii points etc..".

It's because i've got a PAL wii or another ?
Otherwise, can anyone give me his SD content with juste the 20 free DLC ?

You're able to play an NTSC game on a PAL machine?

Without knowing how the Wii works for video formatting, I'm guessing it can convert the video formats, davidshek and/or chatham have any more insight?

As to the dlc issue, I'm guessing it's because of the PAL Wii and NTSC game.

No one can give you any of their dlc as it will only work on the console it was dl'd/purchased on.

I guess you have 2 options, buy a NTSC Wii or a PAL RB2.

I don't do importing/modding... As Nintendo comes down pretty hard on it with every new update. So all I'm guessing is region locking or something.

Having firmware 3.4e is probably the issue right there. But you'd need a mod to get the U.S. firmware build.

I've got a Wii with a modchip (wiikey 2) so I can read NTSC games.

I think I just can wait for the european release argh:(
