Right, i have GH2, am a massive fan of it, look forward to getting GH3 for Christmas and literally cannot wait till RB comes out for Europe, because i live in England
I want to have 2 guitars for RB and RB only (GH3 or GH2 is a bonus really), and because i have a 360 its between GH2, GH3 and RB.
GH2 controller is great. Wired maybe, but the strumming takes one heck of a beating from the thumb and/or a pick. I have no issues with it apart from the strum bar can make a bit of a noise when eg your playing Misirlou.
GH3 controller looks good. Havent actually used it but the faceplate idea sounds kinda cool, the detacheable neck im not fussed about (aslong as it doesnt break). I havent played with this guitar at all since it was only released a few days ago in EU. Wireless sounds cool to me, dont know anything about the batteries at all, advantage i suppose aslong as it doesnt run out of juice after 20 seconds.
RB controller sounds great to me. Biggest of all of them and the most realistic. The added frets sound cool. I dont mind adjusting to new frets at all. Wired so i dont care really, no batteries to keep on charging. The only thing i would be concerned about is the price brand new when RB comes out and the quality of it. The GH2 controller is my template to GH3 and RB because that one is pretty much indestructable as far as im concerned.
Just wanted some advice on which one you think is best, its all helpful really

I have played many "toy" guitars.
I gotta say, I love the red SG wired ps2 SG.
Plays like a dream.
I also like the RB Strat, if they get the bugs out of it, that is.
I love the feel, and the thinness of it.
If they put in a decent strumbar mechanism they will have a great unit.
Still waiting for 2 replacement Strats.

The best on I have played so far was an aftermarket wireless "Thunderbird" I can't remember who made it right off, I picked it up because it was one of the first wireless for PS2 I found.
The fret buttons and stumbar were the perfect sensitivity for me and my playing style (bass player IRL, imagine a gorilla playing guitar and you got it).
The Fender is ok, it plays alright, just to sensitive for me...its making progress kind of difficult. But hey its still fun :D

I'm deeply in love with the new Strat.
It feels (and especially looks) less like a stinkin' Fisher Price toy, the embedded fret buttons make transitioning from green to orange soooo much easier, the solo buttons really help out, the silent strum bar is a Godsend, the effects switch is a blast...
What's not to love?

I like the GH2 controller best because I hang my hand over the top and strum with my fingers, and because of it's shape and because I have small hands, I can reach the easiest on the GH2's shape.

I have a 360 but the best guitar i own is the wireless Kramer for my PS2. Absolutely a great guitar controller.

Now that I have a working Strat, I have to give it the number one spot. The fret buttons are more responsive. My only dislike is the position of the effects switch (there's no point in my using it since I always knock it down while playing).
The Xplorer was great but the strumbar is really loose and loud now.
The Les Paul has too many issues because of the stupid detachable neck that no one wanted. My fifth fret intermittently stops working midsong until I jam the neck into the body, which is really a load of fun when playing last tier songs on Expert. Detaching and cleaning everything makes it work correctly for maybe an hour. The LP would have fought the Strat for first place if it worked worth a damn. As it is it comes in a distant third.
