I have also been having a problem with my drum kit. The red, yellow, and blue work great, but the green pad is not responsive unless hit in a specific area. What I did was: Near the top of the green drum pad there is no response so I held in the drum pad about halfway. I put duct tape from the rim to the underside. I did this all around the pad, so it is pressed in about halfway. Now the response is great!!! Seriously, I 5* a song on expert on drums right after I put on duct tape! (I Think I'm Paranoid is the easiest song to 5* 100% on drums on expert) I still need a replacement though, as this is probably only temporary...
