How to send back broken drum kit?

I realize it gives you instructions, but they are sorta vague...nowhere does it say where to use the foam blocks, etc. Any suggestions or help?

i believe they send you box with new drums then you put old drusm ni the box and send it back

they should just tell you to toss them in the trash. in reality though, you will have to get them in the state you got them. if you remember it was packed very well. so get ready to take many minutes packing the drum set. they will ship a box to you, and hopefully have instructiions on how to do so. I remember when my ps3 broke. they sent that out faster than what they said the time was going to be. instructions, box, everything went smoothly. This however is nothing but.

Yeah, I have the box and everything already - I just want to make sure i'm packing it properly....are you saying I have to put the bars and supports in the big cardboard fold out and everything? Nowhere does it say what to do with the foam blocks, either.
