Bass Pedal

Does anyone know if the bass pedal is under warranty? I was playing normally and I noticed in the middle of the pedal, it is starting to break in half. I don't really want to send the whole drumset off just to get a new pedal, but if I have to I will. Anyone know?

I need to know this as well, because mine cracked yesterday and I fear it's going to be completely useless soon.

yeah, it is. It seems to take them forever to get you one though. I put my request for one in a week ago today and I still don't have it.

same here, i ordered over a week ago and still nothing, then they cancelled my order for no reason, im in the process of working things out with them.

and to the thread creator, yes its under warrenty, you dont even need to return the old one in most cases, give them a call 650-628-1001 or visit support.ea.com/rockband

why does it take about 1 or 2 weeks...and the guitar is only like 2 days or so...the whole point of Rockband is to play the Drums...

I need to call them about this too, mine did the same thing and is now held together with butter knives and ductape. I emailed them but havent gotten a reply so I'm going to have to call.
