Each time i get a new score on my tour, it takes about 3 days to actually be up on the leaderboard, and im now 49 and i should be like 40th now.
How can it be shorter?

As far as I know the your Leaderboard score for solo career (i.e. Guitar) is just your solo quickplay scores (and your solo world tour scores if you don't play quickplay) added up. So the best way to increase your SOLO career score is just play quickplay.
Band score is only counted on World Band tour...duh!
P.S. Fun fact, if you play a song in a random set list (i.e. Make a Setlist in BWT) it will not update right away. However if you play it just by choosing the single song in the tour it will update right after you finish the song.

did you do local? cause local quickplay or tour doesn't require connecting to the rock central server therefore it doesn't send scores (i think, help me out ryan or andrew)

Steps to remedy that:
1. Unplug your Wii
2. Put it outside buried under a snow bank
3. Let it lie there for 3 hours
4. Clean it up
5. Let dry for 2 days
6. Boot it up
7. Play a song in Quickplay
8. Scores should be bo-....
Are you playing in Band Quickplay or Band Tour?

Your band career score comes from everything you do in world tour (doesn't matter local or online)
Your solo career score comes from everything you do in quickplay or world tour (doesn't matter if you do solo or band as long as you play by yourself)
Career scores only count the on-disc scores. dlc scores (normally) don't count.
Whenever you get a new score, it goes to the "uploading score" screen after the end of the setlist. I know this happens in online, I'm not sure if it does that in local mode. I've also seen high scores uploaded even if you abandon the setlist.
Are you saying your tour score is slow to update? or are you talking about individual songs? Usually my scores updating in a few hours.
