Kick Pedal Replacement Delay?

I put in a request for a kick pedal to replace my broken one (after two days) and it's finally shipping to me after almost two weeks...

That being said...all these people waiting on their replacement guitars are getting a free game...what about us with broken kicks?

At least there are other guitars out there you can play the game with while waiting for another guitar...but you HAVE to have a pedal to play drums in RB...are we going to be compensated as well?

2 weeks o.o so damn that means im guessing if i replace my kick stand it will take 2 weeks...and i agree on what monki said!!!!!!!

Not everyone with a broken guitar gets a free game.
Not everyone with a broken guitar can use another guitar, (PS3 guitars are exclusive)

I have 2 defective guitars and a broken bass pedal. (ps3)

We had to buy 2 bundles just to be able to play.

It all sucks, but hopefully they will make the gear better, and in a year this will be nothing but a distant bad memory.

Repair the pedal till you get your new one, and when you do reinforce it.
Kits are already on e-bay.

The sad part is, reinforcing the pedal will actually void your warranty....I'd prefer to get a quality product from the company I purchased the equipment from.

As far as not having a guitar to play with...that sucks just as well, but a broken kick effects both the 360 and PS3 versions of the game whereas only PS3 owners are stuck without guitars...either way though, it still sucks!!

if you call support, they will tell you that the old pedal does not need to be shipped back. This means, reinforce the new one and if you ever have a problem down the road, ship back the broken old one (that is if they ever ask for them to get shipped back)

I got told I didn't.
But I also was like almost in hysterics when I called so maybe that's why.
