2nd Guitar Not working

I had a problem with my guitar double strumming and requested a new one through the warranty return process.

I just took the new guitar out of the box - with two witnesses - and the BRAND NEW guitar straight out of the box does not register notes 1/2 the time while strumming down. Now I have two defective guitars in the living room.

I'm also concerned about the drums eventually failing.

Does anyone have a phone number so I can call EA Warranty? This is getting rediculous.

On the phone with them now - talking with a manager because they said they want to put more funds on hold for my credit card in order to get a 3rd replacement.

They're being real decent about all this and I imagine (working in business myself) that this is quite frustrating for them too.

I just want to enjoy this game.

Until you get one that works, strum the "D" pad to play.
Not exactly ideal, but I have found it does work pretty well in a pinch.
It is a shame that I would even have to have had to try this to play this great game.

i have been using the d-pad for since day one. it is not comfortable at all. im still waiting for my nov 24th order. ill tell you this; if my second guitar doesnt work, i wont be waiting any more. It is going back to the store. 30day return policy.
