ION pedal replacement?

my ion pedal stopped working. and i have a metal pedal that i used for my stock set before i got the ions.
can i use this converter to use that pedal with my ions?

Many users have had luck with the mono adapter (your first link), but my Ions only accepted non-Ion pedals when using a stereo adapter (your second link).

Every user I know of has been able to get stock RB pedals to work using one of those two adapters.

by them, i mean the stereo one.

I can't tell you that for certain. I know of a few people that could only use stereo, but I don't know of any who could only use mono.
