I figured this out and made a fix video super easy fix have at it my guitar works 100% perfect every single time i play it now.

Wow. Impressive. If my replacement guitar wasn't (supposedly) arriving tomorrow, I'd have given this a shot. But this'll definitely come in handy the next time around.

This fix makes a lot of sense and it seem easy enough to be doone. What kind of tape was that?
