Will the Fender guitar that comes with Rock Band work with my other guitar games? GH2/GH3/Boom Boom Rocket?


This is really my only selling point but I want those drums :p

Haha, not so sure about Boom Boom Rocket, but it doesn't work with any of the other Guitar Hero games.

No it will not.

I think you will forget about those games after playing RockBand.

I have.

I would rather play Rockband using the D pad as a strummer than go back to Guitar Zero.

The fender doesn't work with the GH games. Not sure about BBR, but they said it does work with "Guitar Controllers". But then again, that's what HMX said about Rock Band :p

It is kind of worthless to have a plastic guitar that can only be used with 1 game.. sorry guys this is just my opinion. I need 1 universal guitar since i cant afford 2-3 of these toys to play the different games.

Yeah maybe I should just get a GH2 or GH3 controller and wait and buy the drum seperately then I don't have a guitar that can only be used with 1 game when I have a few copies of gh2/ and gh3

It's a game that is just like rockband/guitar hero but it has more classical music.. fun game :)
