missing songs

I put in my game and it said the newest version had to be downloaded. After it finished I went into quick play and my songs that weren't in Rockband 2 are gone, more specifically the songs from Rockband 1, Rockband Track Pack 2, and my all my DLC songs. The DLC songs aren't much of a problem though because I can just redownload them, although I may be wrong because I haven't tried yet. The saved data files for Rockband and Rockband TP 2 are still on my PS3 but they aren't being recognized. When I tried to export my Rockband 1 songs again, it said they were already installed. Can anyone please help?


P.S. I went to world tour mode and under band profile where it lists your 5 best songs. I know for a fact one of them is Dani California (from the original Rockband), but it just says "Unknown Song." I don't know if this helps at all.

Are all the games NTSC or PAL or are they a mix of the two?

I believe they are all NTSC since I bought them here in the US and are the PS3 versions. They were working fine for three months, and disappeared yesterday after updating the game. I noticed that before when I started the game it said "loading additional content," but now that doesn't happen.

That rules that out then :) Try downloading a song you had before and see if it appears.

If not, the only thing I can think of is to delete your RB1 Game Data file and download and export the whole shooting match over again.

This is a little strange as it's usually not being on the latest patch that causes a dlc issue.

EDIT : Come to think of it, is your RB1 on the latest patch?

I to have noticed songs missing from my track list, particularly Everlong. There is nothing wrong with my disk, and I haven't tried to install it to the HDD, it should be there if its on the track list. I assume this has something to do with an update that was done, and not anything wrong with our consoles because its too far fetched to think that multiple people are having the same system issues at the same time causing the same songs to go missing. I really hope that someone that supports the game will get back to me because, or responds to this post because this isn't something that will just go away, and l'm really upset that songs that I've essentially paid for are no longer there.
