The Official "I didn't get a free game from EA and have been waiting just as long"

I ordered last wednesday and no email, no free game. I call customer support, they know nothing about a free game. This stuff always happens to me..... its been a week and a half

call back and talk to a supervisor. thats what i just did and i got to pick a game. i opted for Need for Speed pro street. he also said they were sending a free game with some of the guitars and he wasen't sure if i had a game with my guitar or not so there sending NFS anyways to make ammends. remember to be firm and get your frustrations across but theres no need for yelling and screaming.

how long ago did you call? I called yesterday (cant remember the time) and they said all supervisors were not on duty after normal operating hours

i have not recieved any email nor confirmation, which i put my order in the first day i had mine. no free game here either...

WHAT is the number to CALL them.. that everyone else is calling ??

Broken guitar the day after launch, put in request that day, and still no e-mail or free game for me (and I STILL don't have my guitar).

the number is 650-628-1001, i called them about the free game, teh agents know nothing about it and the supervisor was not on the floor at the moment. She told me to call back and I told her to email me which she said she would do (even though i have been lied to by them alot) after she talked to her supervisor about the free game details.

Ordered it on the 26th It Arrived on the 29th Shipped it on the 30th and they cancelled the RMA now Im just waiting For an email or something telling me that my Guitar is coming already.

i didnt get any free game offer. i have been waiting since nov 24. I still have no guitar. and the once "parts shipped" msg is now replaced with a cancelled rma. What gives??

I did not get a free game, but I got a 2nd replacement guitar - same RMA, etc. Nobody at the house signed for it from UPS, so I'm planning on keeping it (to use as a bass) for all of the delay that I had with getting my first replacement.

Someone at EA is really screwing things up, but this worked to my advantage this time.

I ordered on 11/20, the same day I got it, and they didn't care to tell me either. I even told them I found it hard to believe they don't know anything about it from reading all these forums and community members getting them from CS reps. Is this one big conspiracy?

I wish I could have gotten a second guitar. I'd gladly take that over a free game. I don't feel this guitar will last that much longer......ps2 guitar from guitar hero 1 is still going strong for me.....

Kick pedal DoA, RMAed the 21st. Guitar RMAed the 22nd. I just yesterday got a replacement pedal, which didn't fix the problem, and have yet to hear anything guitar wise. No free game here either.

Frankly, I don't care about the other game, I just want controllers that work. And some communication regarding the problem. My ticket updates go unanswered, and I have been unable to get someone on the phone in the evenings when I can make a support call.

So what are the games that they are offering? I have issues with M$ direct for a extended warranty payment they haven't refunded for a year now, and when they offered me games for my trouble, they were really crappy ones.

How do the free game redemptions work, if anyone wouldn't mind answering? I know a bunch of people got the original email but all it said was there is more to follow. Did they give you a website or a phone number to call in another email?
