What is the EA Tech Suppport # for Rock Band?

The exact same thing happens to me. I was dumb and didn't write down my tracking # because I was supposed to get an email. The email never came through so I don't have the #. Everytime I call to see if they can give it to me, it hangs up after I am transferred. Blargh.

Get ready. You aren't really talking to EA. You are talking to "Gregg" or "Dave" or "Brian" in India

it hangs up when the call volume is too great. They can only put so many calls on hold. Just keep trying they are getting a lot of calls at this time.

luckily for me, i use skype and record all my calls. the customer support agent starting getting fresh with me, until i played back the call from the previous person telling me what i was telling to the new guy. that shut him up quick. after that.. it was yes sir, right away sir.
