I imagine someone will manage the feat at some point. You'd probably have to turn all the difficulties to Easy. There's gotta be someone insane enough to manage all of the instruments at once. You'd just have to find a song where the instruments are somewhat disjointed so you can switch between them without having missed too many notes in between.
Has anyone at Harmonix already done this?

Vocals, Drums and Guitar would probably be possible on an easy difficulty. Throwing in Bass as well would make it so much harder/impossible(?)

Ha! I'll ask around but I don't think so. If anyone does I will be sure to snap a picture to put up. That'd be amazing.

Hell I could do it. Ill just get a mic stand...ill finger tap on both bass and guitar and then drum with my feet. You just wait and see......

I don't think it will be done. If someone pulls it off they better film it becase that would be amazing! Singing will be the easy part, along with either drumming bass or guitar. Now trying to play bass and guitar together seems very difficult to me, how can you strum and hit the buttons for both at the same time? Also while you are strumming and all you need to drum, now granted you may be able to drum with one foot and use the pedal with your other, but that could require some insane ballance.
If you did it this way, it would look rediculous and be so amazing. I know people will try it, but it is going to be near impossible to pull off.

If someone glues 2 guitars together (like the doubleneck Gibson EDS-1275), then it can definitely be possible. Of course, the person would have to alternate between guitar and bass occasionally, but it could be done.
That or someone will have to play one guitar with their hands and one with their feet.

You get a mike stand, tape a drum stick to the head of your guitar and use that to play the drums and then just play the bass with your feet.
I bet Arthur Nakane could do it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0XEK2ZAxoA

i highly doubt anyone will be able to pull that off........
although i guess they could just not play one of the parts as often as the others and probably still pass.

It could be easy, but you would have to alternate every other note with each instrument and singing non stop of course.
You could have the Bass and Guitar's Necks togeather so you can bar the notes with your hand upside down and strum every other note while the struming hand is holding a stick with your palm and last 4 fingers and you're using your thumb to strum.
Very Easy!

It could only work for Goro is if he could play like William MURDERFACE MURDERFACE MURDERFACE and play with his schlong. So he could have that extra hand to play some drums.
