So I RMA'ed my guitar and drums, got the replacement, but there is no return shipping label. I have created 3 questions and NOTHING...useless support. What am I supposed to do? Just throw it out? I really don't wanna get charged for this piece of junk...considering the replacement guitar is in worst condition then the one I was to replace.

The return shipping label is on the opposite side of the piece of paper than the sending label. It should say in your RMA instructions that you need to remove the piece of paper from the plastic envelope, turn it over, and put it back in with the "Ship to EA" side facing up.

I did read, looked at the shipping label, flipped it over and nothing. It's just a single sided sticky unlike my previous one which was double sided...

Have you contacted EA about the problem. They're who your dealing with for returns. I"m sure they'll have a solution for you.

Yes I have, I have created 3 "questions" and NOTHING. Useless support I say. I am not calling them since I'm in canada and it's expensive to call long distance for me...
