bad drum pad

My green drum pad came out of the box missing two of its rubber nubs that hold it down. There are 4 rubber nubs that hold each pad down, and two are missing on it(out of the box) so its sticking up on one side. I can still play it but I'm worried it will become a future problem.

My red and green drum pad has a rattling noise that the other pads don't. However, they both seem to be working fine on the medium difficulty. Would this justify getting a replacement?
