Okay, I don't know why I haven't been able to find any mention of the greatest band of the 80s. The Smiths. If you haven't listened to them, you have to. Every single piece of the music is perfect for this game. The passionate and often fun vocals, the amazing guitars the incredible drums and the FUNKIEST OF ALL BASS would be perfect.

Seriously, one of the seminal bands of the 80s, one of the most influential bands in alt-rock. I can't believe harmonix hasn't gotten any smiths for any of their games. Although this game is a perfect fit for these perfect songs.

Although I imagine the rights would be a pain in the butt to get a hold of. Since Morrissey is famous for being a *****.

I'd like to see a lot of discussion on this. I'm sure there's got to be others who are seriously bummed about the complete lack of Smiths!

I'm a very casual Smiths fan (I know their singles), but I'd be up for some Smiths DLC. I'd really like to see "Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now," as it would be another cool mellow song to play in the same vein as the bonus track "Time We Had" or "Even Rats" from the first Guitar Hero.
