I was experiencing double-strums with my guitar, so last Monday morning I ordered a replacement through the 2-day express system. As with most people, the shipment was delayed until late last week, but UPS this morning indicated they were on their way to deliver it.

However, they did not deliver a replacement guitar.

They delivered two replacement guitars. Each in their own box, each with instructions on how to send the defective one back.

I must take a moment here to thank EA/Harmonix for their proactive replacement policy. :)

On a side note, I have a PS3 and I notice each guitar has two little green stickers on the back that read "PB3". Then someone has sqiggled an "S" over the "B". I'm guessing the stickers were missprinted, and some poor sap was required to handwrite the correction on umpteen-thousand stickers. This person has my sympathy.
