Hi all i'm new here i just have a little question for u guys.I see everyone's talking about the DLC and i really want the Metallica's pack but i can't find it? where do i download it do i need X-box Live Gold for that? I only have the Silver..

Assuming you live in Canada as I see from your location, you and many others like myself will have to wait for the Canadian release for it to be put up on our xbox live market since we have a separate one from the US.

I'm guessing Dec 17th-20th which is only a few weeks and when it's supposed to be coming out here. If you really can't wait, I'm told you can make a US xbox account and use that to purchase the songs. Since they'll be on the same hard drive as your canadian account you can just use it for both. But be warned that the xbox live cards are region specific so you'd have to buy a US point card off ebay.

Yeah no problem. I myself want to wait but with Black Sabbath DLC out tomorrow it's really tempting. :(

To answer your other question: Silver members have access to the XBL Marketplace and can download DLC.

But aren't Canada and the Us the same region just different servers?

you could just create a new silver account and set the location to US instead of Canada to get the dlc

I've read on different forums that the point cards from the US don't work with Canadian accounts and vice versa but the Xbox live memberships do. One of those sites being CAG:
