My bass pedal snapped

Just like a lot of other people my bass pedal snapped and then fell apart when I picked it. Basically my question is, will EA replace my pedal for free?

Call them. Yes, they will replace it.

Just fix it. Go grab a couple metal brackets and some bolts and you are good to go. The replacement pedals are just going to break anway.
