So i sent in a request to replace my kit and my guitar.
Question is.. when do i get the email for the free game?
Should i have already recieved it since i received the shipping boxes from UPS?
or do they send the email once they recieve my controllers??
the info is much appreciated!

Not everyone is getting a free game, mostly its the people that had to wait for their 2nd day air shipping, from the initial week the game came out. So those of use that gave a CC number got the e-mail....

im sure if you called and made a big stink about it they might consider extending you the offer. i personally am satisfied with the way my situation was handled (so far) so I'm not about to demand a free game. if my replacement guitar that's supposed to be delivered today is broken, or is an empty box, or something else screwed up then I'll be dialing support :p

im in the same boat... i have still not recieved a confirmation email at all, nor a free game email... getting pissed. everyone should be treated equally on this completely. same game, same equipment, same problems.

It's not just those that gave card info that are getting the free game email. I think its just people that have had to wait so long because of their delays. I went through the warranty process on the 22nd of November, chose the normal method of replacement with no card info, and have yet to receive even the box to send my original busted guitar back. I got the email that said I would be getting a free game. As I understand my empty box was to be mailed second day air also. I agree with zerogeo3 in that they are probably giving games to those that have been waiting on shipments since right after the initial release and have yet to receive them. Call it an extra perk to try and keep some customers that have reason to be extra ticked off at them.

I called today over my broke hub, they said it was shipping out today (convenient) and to check my email for a free game offer. I asked if he could not send the game offer and overnight the hub, he said no...guess a game will have to do.
even if it sux, I can sell it to gamestop or on craigslist.
