New guitar arrived today... not totally satisfied.

The fret buttons are CRAZY loud, especially the blue and orange ones. The fret buttons on my first guitar didn't make a sound.

Not a huge deal, but my biggest concern is this: while both the upstrum and downstrum work, the upstrum doesn't register as easily as it should. I have to apply more pressure than I should in order for it to register, both in-game and navigating menus.

This does seem to hinder gameplay, as I'm missing a handful of notes that I KNOW I strummed to in time.

What do you think, should I just go for #3?

If you aren't happy with it then yea send it in. If you are going for perfection I don't think it's going to happen.

I think you should wait when a new guitar model comes out (if that ever happens).

That way, you can almost be guaranteed it will work and (hopefully) the strum bar issue will be resolved.
