I ordered RB for PS3 sometime in Nov, and it was delivered to my house on 11/28... but it was the XBOX 360 version instead of the PS3 version...
The Rock Band Store is out of stock and expect a new shipment in on Wed or Thu of this week... hopefully it contains the guitar with the sturdier strum bars... then they are going to ship out the correct version (hopefully)...
So has the warranty started already when I received the first erroneous shipment or does it start when I actually receive the correct version? Hopefully it goes by the date on the invoice!
I want to make sure I have the full 90 days (or is it 60) to use the guitar and drums and still get a new one if it breaks! As it is, the box is going to sit unopened till Christmas day (so that is eating some of the warranty up already)... Hopefully though, this batch contains the new guitars.
Any word on HMX doing anything about all of these broken bass pedals... or drum kit problems in general??
