I was surprised at how much fun I was having when I tried the drums in RB. I didn't expect it at all. I liked it so much RB inspired me to get a drum kit and take some lessons. Started out with an E-Kit and quickly traded them in for a nice 5 piece Premier kit.

That being said if playing repetitive patterns isn't your thing I can see where the 'boring' opinion comes from.

Drums are the least boring to me. And now that I got the cymbal expansion it's even more interesting.

But I guess if you're playing lower tier songs on Easy/Medium it could be boring.
