Of course mate. If you look at any of the screens, the drums are in the middle, with guitars to the side, and the singing will be atop the screen.

You mean if it's ONLY 2 players? I'd say not, it'd just be your 2 fret boards like in GH. If you and a buddy were playing with 2 other people online then I think it might show their stuff as well.

Whatever is being played by people at the time will be shown. If no one is playing it, the game will play it, and it will not show up on screen since no one needs to see it.

If you look at the official trailer, it shows that the charts will only appear when there people playing those instruments.
