OK, i'm ****ing PISSED OFF.

I waited for TWO WEEKS for a ****ing drumkit, the first time the dumbass broke my order into two seperate orders (one for bass pedal and one for drum pads) and put 200 dollars holding on my account, because I wanted to do express shipping.

First time, he ****s up the name of my town AFTER he spelled it out correctly on the phone, as with UPS it shows ****ed up.

Then I call up and want to get this fixed, and instead of just fixing it, they try to give me another order and cancel the first one. Then, they tell me to reject the first order and I have to wait a while for the next one.

So, then all of this changes and the first order was canceled, and then the second order is the only one left.

FINALLY it's shipping here on December 3rd. I check the weight, it's 2 pounds; I call up and four times in a row, all different times of day, I get ****ing Indians (i'm not racist, but you know what I mean) who can't understand me at all and whom I have to spell my name out to 50 different times before they get it right.

So I think "well maybe UPS ****ed up".

NOPE!

I wake up this morning and UPS comes and it's a ****ing empty box. COMPLETELY EMPTY, 2 POUND BOX, AFTER GETTING 200 DOLLARS CHARGED ONTO MY ACCOUNT IN HOLDING FEES, AFTER TALKING TO A SUPERVISOR, AFTER TALKING TO PEOPLE MULTIPLE TIMES TO MAKE *SURE* IT WAS EXPRESS, I GET A ****ING EMPTY BOX.

**** this ****, this is absolute garbage.

You aren't alone. At least you got something. I have nothing.

No, I'm not sure if I know what you mean.

I would be totally happy to help you out, but I suggest rephrasing your comments, since they are simply not appropriate.

If you would like, send me a private message with: your RMA number, and any other valid information about your RMA, and I will see if I can look into the matter. In the meantime, I suggest contacting EA support again if you have not already. It sucks, and I totally sympathize - but go through the proper channels, and yes I assure you that you will get working peripherals (albeit a little late).

EDIT - FYI: After asking around briefly, it appears there are two types of returns. The first type is a two step process: Open your ticket with EA who sends out a replacement. They will put a holding charge on your credit card, which will be refunded so long as they receive the broken guitar within 28 days. The second type: 3 step replacement. EA sends out an empty box, you mail out the broken instrument, they receive broken instrument and then send out the replacement. Maybe a mistake was made, but it appears that this is the type of replacement that you were signed up for (intentional or not).

I hope that clears things up for you.
