I have misplaced my post-it with the RMA and Tracking #'s

Does anyone know of a way to obtain this information again? I put in my order for a new guitar and drumset nearly two weeks ago. I would very much like to check the status of the shipment. Thanks for any help!

or log into your ea account at support.ea.com, check under my questions. The newest orders will have the tracking number and rma there, the old orders will have a reference number which is 6 numbers hyphen 6 numbers (xxxxxx-xxxxxx) They can also look info up with that. If for some reason that doesnt work, im sure they can look you up by name

ok i filled out the online thing for a new guitar last week and in my account under questions, nothing is listed... should i be concerned?

maybe a little, but there have been some other reports of this that I have seen. Give them a call, explain your situation and the worst is you have to replace the order
