I received my empty box for the drum kit replacement. My question is, can I just send back the drum pads section of the kit, or do I have to send in the pedal, the stand, and the drum sticks too? My only issue is with the pads.

Thanks for the help, I couldn't find this information anywhere!

LOL I don't even know what that means.

Do I send in the entire drum kit, or can I just send back the top part (the pads). There were no instructions.

Thanks!

just take everything back to the store, and demand a replacment, screw EA and Harmonix, they obviously screwed us. Who gives a rats a** what they want us to dowith our broken hardware.

They don;t want you to take it back to the store, because that would be 1 less sale and $$$ in their pockets. So for every 1 returned that is -$180 to the companies making them.

I say GOOD!! You deserve to lose sales, You deserve for everyone to go back to the stores causing hell to every manager that sells this product.

And until you start coming out with quality hardware, I will continue to return my games OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER...

Your craptastic hardware is not your customers issue, it is your issue, so stop taking people credit card numbers, and start shipping out replacements that actually have been fixed.

I.E. Cheap plastic bass drum pedals are a complete failure, until you come out with some sort of modification or fix to all your customers you will never live this down.

Why would anyone make a bass drum pedal out of CHEAP PLASTIC??!!!?? WHY???

What designer/tester thought that playing this game on hard or expert wouldn;t put any extra stress on the complete and total peices of junk?

You could have atleast added a small metal bar that runs the entire length of the pedal to atleast reinforce the cheap plastic. But nope that would be to much effort on your parts. Cant even implement a fix that would literally cost approx 1$ in materials.

This company is freaking pathetic for putting their customers through all of this. If I have 1 more problem with any of my hardware, I'm taking my entire set back to the store and DEMANDING a refund.

You people are a freaking pathetic joke!

I Think EA and Harmonix are run by SATAN and they wan't to make everyone angry cause they are run by SATAN... Cause if everyone was happy then SATAN would be sad

I was hoping that someone from EA would respond to this post. I'll call them tomorrow anyway and ask, since nobody seems to know the answer to my question. I don't want to just send part of it back and have them deny my exchange or something.

And if they made it more expensive to make sure everything didn't break i'm sure you'd then complain about how expensive it was, stop complaining, it was a first try, and they give free replacements, so how is that not loosing a sale?

My guitar came with ALL new parts. Strap, dongle, and guitar.

The paper I got said all I needed was the guitar. There isn't even room for the other junk.

You might end up getting new everything but I'm pretty sure they just care about the heads unless there is room, which I doubt there will be.
