Hey I just ordered a replacement guitar last week and on my UPS tracking thing it says Billing Information Received. I was just wondering how long you guys had that before it got shipped and how long I should wait before calling EA support and checking on it. Thanks.

I ordered on 11/21 and just got it today.

Put an order on 11/24, I'm yet to see the replacement guitar.

11/20 buy Rock Band
11/27 guitar breaks
11/28 set up express RMA
11/30 recieve empty box, spend hour & half on hold for escalation rep
12/3 billing information recieved

I ordered on 11/21 and just got it today.
Same here...this one sucks too though (not as badly as the first)...

My replacement is actually WAY better than the old one. Hopefully it stays that way.

sooo yea i just looked at my ea account under questions (which i thought is where this rock band replacement **** would be) and nothing is there? i still ahve my tracking number and rma written down and i can look on ups for it but should i be contacting ea about the fact that its not shown on my account online?
