Just got home to try out the guitar and the strum seems fine but man the new frets are really clicky. They make alot of noise.. is it a crazy amount no but when you go from buttery smooth and quiet to click clack...and the lower ones are even worse. Its almost like they have more space between the neck and the buttons.

Yeah, the buttons on the replacement guitar I got today were loud and clicky. I hate it. Good thing the strum bar's broken, so I'm sending this one back too. Lucky me.

All is golden I took of the neck of the old guitar and put it with the new strummer. Every thing is perfect.

There are fret buttons out there that don't click?? Could someone take a picture of this for me?? I am trying to document all versions of the guitar and organize the pics. Thanks!

Yeah, I received the new guitar and it does seem to click more, but the new strum bar is SOOO much better, it's a definate strum now, and I've even advanced a level of difficulty in just a few songs. The only gripe I have now is my overdrive switch. It doesn't seem to work properly.

I could take a pic of it for you but it really doesn't look any different. Just to be clear all of the guitars make sum sort of noise in the fret buttons. But my older guitar was more of a click when the plastic hit the plastic but the new ones the click is more a part of the button functioning. The solo frets especially the Orange and Blue ones sound like a clicky pen when you use them.
