RockBand Double Bass Kick Pedal

Anyone had any luck with this thing? I cant seem to get it to work :mad:
I bought it at a Gamestop, and cant get it to work. I see no record of this product even existing on on the Rockband site or the company that makes it www.pdp.com It Came with the pedal just like the one that comes with the RB2 Drum Kit, and a splitter which takes 2 AAA batteries.

Several people have posted issues with the splitter (myself included). I've now tested the two splitters I currently have (one of them sent to me from PDP that was supposed to work) with three RB2 xbox360 drum kits and it worked with two others, but not the set that I own.

the wires on some of the RB2 drum sets are reversed from the factory - this causes no problem with a single bass pedal but does make the device u have and the one we have (the TWINROCKER) not function on the drums where the wires are backwards - all u need to do is this: take the wire coming out of the box that plugs into the drum set cut it in half - strip the wires back and reverse them - connect them to the other wire then tape it up - or u can cut the end off and buy a new end at radio shack and solder it on but just put the wire that was on the outside on the center post and vis-versa

Gamestop. If you want it just for the splitter, then get a Twin Rocker (www.omegamusictechnology.com/products/twin-rocker) instead.
