After a week and a half of waiting patiently, I finally got my replacement drum set. Although my excitement was guarded due to all of the posts on the forum, but I have to admit that I was a little optomistic. Needless to say, after setting up the drums and trying them out, I have the EXACT same problem as before (red pad not registering on fast notes, or occasionally on other notes). I checked my other set and noticed that they both have the exact same model number of 822149. Just wondering what model numbers people have with broken sets and working ones, or if there is just one model number out there. By the way, I have a 360 drum set. Thanks.
P.S. If you don't know where to find your model number, it is on the sticker below the red drum pad.

Same for me...got mine today and I'm having the same problems...I'm enjoying it ok for now because my first set didn't work at all out of the box...so for the first time in 2 weeks I actually get to play the drums...I'm already getting pissed though...btw, mine is 822149-301...not sure if the 301 means anything...

Same model here, red pad issue and occasionally others but red is horrible. Haven't sent for replacement yet cause of people getting broken ones back. I'm to the point of considering returning the whole thing to the store before 30 days is up. Let the stores start dealing with it.

Same here. All pads have intermittent hits on fast notes. I taped some down and it works for now. I am going to send another angry letter to EA. This is such bull****. I have a broken guitar also. Wondering if it worth sending back. I have the box to do so, but I might just return it as well. I am getting Mass Effect from EA so I might return it and just have fun with my free game. Needless to say I am very, very disappointed.
