So after enjoying my faulty drums and guitar for a Thanksgiving weekend, I placed an advanced replacement order for both early (around 7 a.m.) last Monday morning through http://support.ea.com/rockband. The 2nd Day Air shipments didn't go out until Friday.
You can imagine my excitement to come home today and discover...4 PS3 guitars.
I definitely ordered 360 drums and a 360 guitar, and they processed 2 rmas/ tracking numbers. They copied the print outs (on regular paper, not thermal labels) put the 2 copies of each label on a separate PS3 guitar, and voila: 4 completely useless guitars (for me).
What a humongous screw-up by EA. First they release a product with obvious production flaws (I've played 4 different guitars and 4 different drum sets and they've all had defects), then they compound their disservice with delayed replacement orders, and THEN when they finally do get the orders "processed" they ROYALLY screw that up.
**** EA!

Sell them. PS3ers are dying for extra hardware. Even if EA charges you for each one you can still make money lol.

I'm not going to be dishonest. I'm going to send them back their 4 PS3 guitars and then I'm going to return Rock Band to Gamestop. And then I'm going to dissuade people from purchasing this product at all reasonable junctures. And then I will have just a little less stress in my life.
