Support number rings but no answer?

I have made several attempts to place a phone call to EA support, and talk to someone about the replacement items, but as i hit zero to talk to a rep, it rings a few times and then it goes dead, and hangs up???

Thanks EA, I thought this was open 24 hours?

I called the support number and got hung up on, 3 times....

it happened in the automated section, as soon as I selected support for Rock band....

i work in retail myself, and i dont understand what the hell the folks here are doing?

Strange. I just got through and talked to someone almost immediately. They apologized for getting something messed up (I received a XBox 360 wired guitar as a replacement to my PS3 guitar) and I got a new tracking number/RMA case number.

10 minutes total on the phone and was all done through a live rep. No hangups, etc.

Although I'm not pleased about the entire process, I'll take getting through to a live rep and getting something resolved as a sign things MAY get better through this entire process.

I called twice and after going thru the automated telephone message twice, the same thing happened to me. Today it worked but no real help there EA. Thanks, you've made my day craptacular.
