Question about returning my guitar!

I just received my new replacement guitar in the mail today and I want to know do I have to remove the neck to place it back inside the box or do I leave it on? Because it just doesn't want to come off and I'm afraid I will end up breaking it.

If you sent back your broken strat please tell me how you boxed it up. I looked over the directions but I'm still confused as hell. Thanks!

also does anyone know if they want the old guitar strap back. i can't seem to fit that small box back in with it.

You don't have to remove it, I'm not sure if you even can.

As for the strap, I would assume you don't have to. Likewise for the dongle thingy. On the directions it just says the box has to contain the packing slip and the guitar.
