I have asked in other threads and not recieved any answers. Can someone tell me where I go to get my free game. Is there a website or something where I enter my rma and get to choose? My rma is dated back to 11/21 and I didnt get offered a game. After calling tech support, they know nothing of a free game and all supervisors are busy. Please tell me its as easy as visiting a website

you either get the offer through an email generated by EA. or you have to speak to a manager and ***** about the unacceptable delay. honestly if you call up and say where's my free game, i'd play dumb too. it's supposed to be something offered to you, not demanded.

yea thats what I figured. How did you get to decide on the game though? did they send you to a website? I have tried to speak to a manager and none are availible for me to give a hard time. This has just become really frustrating and I know the game is something offered but it should go to me too considering I have been waiting since the 21 without it shipping. I never really demanded either, I just said that a confirmation email went out saying that and I didnt get one so I was wondering if my order was confirmed. They are doing it to get customer satisfaction and when I see them offering them to so many people and I dont get one, it makes me feel under appreciated, like I waited all this time with 180 dollars of plastic sitting in my basement, unplayable and everyone is rewarded except me. Are you saying if I didnt get the email, its no game unless I call? What did the follow up email say? link to a site? send a reply?

sorry dude, i was one of the lucky few that got their replacement taken care of quickly so i am not part of that free game offer. ive just read what seems like dozens of posts on the issue already and summarizing it for you. if you didnt get that email, i think the only way is to talk to someone. id just try again and when you get a live person, politely ask if there is a manager to talk to because you have been waiting over two weeks for your replacement that they took your credit card info for 2-day replacement. hopefully they accomodate you. dont even bring up the free game. if they want to make things right (like they should) they will say likely say sorry, let us offer you a free game.

Use the support site and update your questions with angry letters. That is what I did. I am going to do it again because of my busted replacement drums. Honestly a piece of cardboard makes it work better. How can EA not figure this **** out. Obviously it owuld have to be more tan a piece of cardboard slipped between the drum adn its base but can't be that hard to fix if i did it with **** i had lying around.

I've been updating my support tickets on the site and I'm not sure anyone's even reading them.

Yeah, I called and they transferred me to someone in the states! I got to speak to someone whose first language was english and he offered me a game right from the start.

I got the email, but it said "details to follow". I'm guessing they'll be sending a list of selectable games or something. It's been like two weeks or so since I sent in a request for a new guitar, did so the day after release. Just a few days ago I had to request a new drumset too.

Not what I had in mind when I bought the game, but the stuff is getting replaced (eventually). I can live with it for now.
