I figured I'd give them a call and inform them that I now have TWO worthless, broken guitars laying around cluttering up my apartment, in the hopes of maybe pressuring them into speeding up the delivery of my third guitar, or throwing me a little extra somethin' to sweeten the deal.
As I navigated through the phone menus, I prayed I'd get in touch with some guy here in the states, and not somebody over in India, who has no idea what's going on, and whom can't understand me, and who I can't understand. After getting hung up on two times, naturally, I get the latter.
So I decide to give it a shot anyway. I tell "Jerry" (pffft) my situation, and he gradually collects all my info. As he's in mid-sentence, giving me some PR shlock off a sheet, I get hung up on.
I'm so absolutely at my wit's end with this game. This is the last straw. As I've stated before, if the third guitar I receive isn't absolutely flawless, I'm returning the game. As much as I love it, no video game is worth this much stress and hassle.
Oh, and EA, keep your damn free game. I don't want it. I want a guitar that works.
