RB Wii Whammy broken off!

Hi-
So we are just having fun playin rockband and after we are done, we notice that the whammy looks a bit funny... so we turn it over, and just like that its off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am really upset and I don't know what to do. We have had rockband for about a month now and there have been no problems with it. Also, now when you shake the guitar you hear this sound like somethings broken in it! Help please--- what do i do??

The RB guitar always has a rattle, my best advice (for someone cheap) is lots of duct-tape or super-glue.

Seeing as you've only had the game for a month... get the guitar replaced, since you're still under warranty. Just follow the process here (http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/php/enduser/rockband.php).

The rattling noise is probably the spring for the whammy bar.

Kind of had the same problem. I was whamming the hell out of the RB Strat guitar and then I heard a crack and now my whammy bar is very loose(which is kind of a good thing becuase now it's easier to whammy). Everytime the guitar moves you hear the piece that broke off inside rattling around. It doesn't bother me

That happened to my GHWT guitar. Sounds like the spring that gives it resistance popped out of place to me.
