Why is "Snake" flagged as unsavory?

Seriously...."Snake"? Can someone please address why this name is considered inappropriate for Rock Band? I understand that if a certain other word related to "pants" was put in front of it, that would be one thing, but "Snake" by itself? Really?

The 1st party censorship on RB2 is ridiculous on Wii. 'Melissa' is unsavory because the last three letters backwards spell 'ass'.

That stuff is not controlled by Harmonix. All of that is controlled by the console manufacturers (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).
