The correct answer is cougars with bees in their mouths. That way they can bite you and sting you at the same time.

a cougar with 6 legs that flies and has a stinger at the end of its tail.
they roam the countryside looking for small prey animals and make really HUGE honeycombs that can be used as hotel rooms in japan.

Cougars can step on bees and eat small mammals. I've never seen a bee step on a cougar or eat a small mammal. What can bees do, sting something? And then once they sting something, they die. LAME.

That's because of stupid people, not because of weak bees. And cougars kill more small mammals, and in the end they're really all that matters.

Since allergic is a synonym for stupidity ? :P
But have you ever seen a small mammal kill a cougar. What about a bee. I mean bees kill medium sized mammals, but get killed by them. A cougar can kill, but will not get killed by another medium/small mammal.

Cougars kill people, small mammals, and possibly flowers by stepping on them in the heat of their hunt.
What do bees do to flowers?
POLLENATE.
Cougars are obviously the more efficient killing machines.
And plus, a pack of cougars wins over a swarm of bees 100% of the time, it's a scientifically proven fact.

Well, I meant more the people who go out walking in tropical forests with flower-scented perfume and brightly-colored t-shirts.

Bees. Here's why:
1): They produce honey. A concentrated form of sugar which has helped civilization grow and propser.
2): They help plants ****. By carrying the "seed" of one plant to another, they allow the plants to reproduce which results in more food for us humans, and more food for other animals. Without the small animals eating the plants, the cougars would have no animals to eat themselves, and would die. So the bees can survive without cougars, but cougars can NOT survive without bees.
3): Shear numbers. When bees attack, the shear numbers that come out to attack can take down animals as big as humans!
4): Venom. The bees have developed a venom which kills the creatures they sting, and if you are unfortunate enough to have developed an allergic reaction to the this venom, ONE sting can kill you!
5): Deaths per year. More humans die every year in the US (53. source (http://historylist.wordpress.com/2008/05/29/human-deaths-in-the-us-caused-by-animals/) compared to 1 from moutain lions (which are cougars, same source). So the bee is 53 times as deadly as the cougar.
6): Domestication. We have learned how to use the power of the bee to our advantage to develop new drugs, new species of plants, new treatments, etc. We also enjoy their honey.
So for those six reasons alone, the bee wins.

Technically I believe this is the correct answer -- bee crossed with cougar. "Coubee" or "Bougar" would both be acceptable answers.
I am so excited that you guys are actually discussing this. I'm so excited that I might go get a tattoo of a Coubee. According to my notes from tour, they go "BZZ ROWR."

Number 2 is the greatest reason. Bees are responsible for pollinating almost all of our crops. Without them we can expect massive famine. It is kind of scary that they have been dying lately. Bees are a major keystone species. The existence of many species depend on them.
So basically bee>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>cougar

i would rather fight a cougar over a bee because you can see them more easily.
bee's scare the hell out of me so i usually carry some kind of bee killer around when i am outside. also i know a lot more about cougar's than bee's.
and the reason that bee's are supposedly 53 times more deadly than cougars is that cougars are stealthy night hunters and bee's are stupid little bugs that can be found anywhere so are a lot more common so if it were the other way around cougars would be like 50 times more deadly
