Uncontrollable Urge
Be Stiff (Booji Boy Version)
and Watch Us Work It (it's their brand new song after 17 years that's playing on the Dell commercial with the women in black and white skinsuits):

I would gladly give up my 440 points for this. Plus, these three songs in particular keep the synth to a minimum, but are still distinctly DEVO.

Duty now for the future, fellow spud. =D
Although I like nearly everything Devo has made (the songs you suggested above would be good choices for DLC), I'd like to push HMX towards releasing the entire Q: Are we not men? album for download. It is easily one of the greatest punk albums of all-time, and I'd even wager it one of the greatest of any genre. However, a DEVO song pack would be the next best thing!
My choices are: "Girl U Want", "Smart Patrol / Mr. DNA", and "Watch Us Work It".

Couldn't agree more. Devo is criminally underrated and I'd love to see them on Rock band. I vote for Uncontrolable Urge, Mongoloid and Girl U Want.

DLC would need Smart Patrol/ mr dna, hands down. maybe That's Pep, Uncontrollable Urge, Penetration At The Centerfold, Mongoloid, and/or Clockout?
