Replacement Guitar Email.....UPS Tracking #

I received an email that said my replacement guitar should be on it's way and that I'll also be receiving a free game. This is the same email a lot of people have received.

But I never received a tracking number from EA, or UPS or any other shipping company. I've read on these forums that people have been tracking their replacement guitars, so my question is how do I track mine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

If you ordered online you should of gotten the tracking number after you ordered your replacement. Did you not copy it down? I don't think it's emailed to you as well but it's listed after you give them your info.

I didn't copy it down precisely because the screen said I'd be getting a confirmation email.

Luckily I copied mine down. Never did get the email

BUT

My UPS tracking never updated from "billing information received" until the guitar was actually in my hands, lol

Yeah I wrote mine down after the RMA process. I still haven't recieved my guitar and I've been trying to track it since I requested for the RMA on the 21st of November. It was stating "Billing Info Recieved" since then until yesterday, Dec. 3rd, the UPS website tracking info finally states it as "In Transit." It states that it arrives today.
