Ordered replacement drums 11/24, still nothing? Is it only me?

I know everyone is throwing a hub bub about not receiving their guitars, but has anyone ordered replacement drums and not received anything? I ordered on the 24th of November and I still haven't received a peep. I have the tracking number and all it says is that UPS has received the billing information, that's it.

Should I call EA? This is a little frustrating that I bought this game and I can't even use the part of the game I would really like to play.

I ordered a replacement guitar on the 21st, same problem.

I ordered replacement parts on the 21st and 22nd, I just got the first one (still doesn't work), and have yet to hear about the second.

The most frustrating part is zero communication on EA's part. I have yet to receive a single email regarding anything.

I ordered a new one on 11/26 I believe and yet nothing.....I want my drums....:-(....my green pad totally died and no matter how hard to hit it, nothing registers....awesome!..lol

Same thing for me. They finally shipped out yesterday. I ordered my replacements on the 23rd.

I ordered the drums on the 23rd, and it was shown as shipped last night. I received the guitar yesterday, which was ordered on the 23rd or 24th

I ordered a replacement 360 guitar on 11/25, and mine just shipped out today...

They finally updated my UPS tracking...

after all, my drums came today around 530pm from UPS....about time...lol....they sent me a whole new set with sticks, pedal, the stand and the new drums themselves...I wanted the drums anyways, so I keep the rest packaged....and I took the new sticks witht he rock band logo on them since they look nicer then the ones that actually came with the set...Im gonna send it back tom after I get off from work....and the replacement works get and they feel more firm then the one I got on release day....

I ordered my replacement drums on the 20th, the night the game came out. I was immediately provided a RMA # and UPS Tracking #, but was never sent the confirmation email.
I had to wait 7 days just for confirmation that they recieved my RMA request.
As of Today, 12/05, the UPS tracking # still says Billing Information Received
It has been over 2 weeks now, and all EA can tell me is there are unknown delays. :confused:


This is really frusturating, at least I have job where I can complain about video games on the 'net during the day.... Furthermore, I haven't officially heard anything about this free game offer. Too bad Guitar Hero doesn't come with a drum kit, at least that'd work...

I got my replacement kit today (sticks and drums only, no pedal)

They are a great deal better.
