I ordered guitar replacement 12 days ago. They said my order wasn't done because of a known problem with the "program" about rma#s and such. I hope my drums get here before I draw a social security check.

I'll believe that when I see my friggin UPS order change its status, and even more so when I actually am holding a new guitar. Until then, those are just meaningless words to me.
